Wally coordinates ISG's support services and product sales, referencing client referrals to ISG technology specialists. Wally also manages purchasing of technology for ISG and participates in the sales of devices for ISG clientele with disabilities.
Valerie participates in the support services and product sales of ISG. She has a great working knowledge of blind/low vision and deaf/hard of hearing assistive technology. Valerie is often called upon to work with the more challenging situations requiring assistive listening and alerting devices. Valerie is a double nationally certified ASL/English Interpreter (CI/CT).
Jo-Ann “J.R.” Rodrigues
J.R. works closely with Wally and Valerie to perform various tasks and juggling acts related to small business operations. J.R. has also taken blind/low vision technology to the Big Island, working out of an office in the Captain Cook area. Call her; she is a CAN DO kinda gal!
Mike is ISG's expert on low vision products. He too is a patient, gentle teacher of portable and desktop video magnification, and stand/spectacle/handheld magnification. Michael also operates a Blind Vending Stand at Tripler Hospital, E-Wing. Go spend money in his store -- and meet his beautiful, talented daughter, Saydee!

Roger “Raj” Resuello
“Raj” called ISG looking for a new wheelchair and the next thing he knew he was working for ISG as a technology specialist! He is ISG's expert on the PC and many peripherals. He is an A+ certified professional who has networking certification as well.
Joseph “Jerry” Goulet
Jerry is ISG's volunteer extraordinaire! His main duties are geared toward assisting Wally with transportation and hands-on support so Wally always appears in a positive light (a tall order to fill no, doubt). Also, Jerry often participates in office maintenance tasks. He is originally from Saint Malo, Manitoba, Canada.
Max Soares Miehlstein
Max is Wally and Val’s child -- well, young adult. His contributions include computer trouble shooting and various photos on the business of ISG. Anticipate great contributions from this scholar.
Rudy is ISG's mascot. Originally bred as a service animal labradoodle -- more lab than doodle, Rudy found his way into Valerie's heart when his intended owner discovered him hardly hypoallergenic. Rudy can perform an array of tricks and tasks as long as treats are made available. He loves pizza, his fellow dog, Kai, and Kai's owner Lynn.
